L-Citrulline & L-Arginine

L-Citrulline and its older brother L-Arginine are like the phenomenal Klitschko Brothers in their boxing heyday. Collectively, these amino acids work wonders in men’s groin area, as they promote powerful erections and help cure erectile dysfunction. L-citrulline is an amino acid that typically occurs naturally in the body, which is then converted to L-arginine, another variant of amino acid. If you have a skipping rope, that’s fine. If not, then no problem. Just stand at a spacious corner in your room and ‘pretend’ to be swinging your hands as if in a skipping rope position while jumping accordingly. Do this motion while counting up to 100, at least once a day.     could you throw more light on the correct dosage for these supplements, since they r basically targetted for body builders.
    for example the largnine. lcirutine cap states to take 5 capsules b4 exercise, when 1 is taking it for ED..what is the dosage that works

    1. For ED and sexual performance, the recommended dosage is 2000mg daily (especially one capsule taken in the morning and another at night). Mega dosing the L-Citrulline and L-arginine combo capsule prior to ‘action’ also works wonders, and doesn’t really have any serious side effect other than occasional running stomach. By mega dosing, I mean taking increased doses (e.g 3 – 4 capsules at once, that is 3,000 – 4000mg) an hour or two before action. However, as a long-term curative remedy, taking a capsule twice daily works very well and results would be evident typically within two weeks.
